Rejoice is an early learning and childcare consultant, educator, Montessori directress, and trainer and has been in the field for over 16 years, working through different areas of childcare, classrooms, and administrative duties, including being a co-founder of early learning centres, consultant for various start-ups, classroom leads, Montessori directress and trainer.
Rejoice specializes in developing Montessori-inspired curricula and integrated philosophy. She is experienced in creating different customized early learning curriculum and planning that follows the BC Early Learning Framework. She is also experienced in giving tailored training (virtual and in-person), to suit every early childcare need.
She has years of experience in creating well-prepared environments and inclusive childcare spaces best suited for the appropriate developmental needs of children with exceptionalities. She has also worked with various families with children with exceptionalities, providing them with the support, resources, and direction they need.
Rejoice has always had the passion of spreading and reaching out to as many educators, directors and families, regarding matters involving young children and learning. This passion birthed the Ideal Learning Centre and provides various support in Montessori and ECE training and workshops, consultancy, out-of-school care programs and tutoring.
Her love and passion for early learning have driven her to gather different certifications related to the field, qualifying her to do what she does now. Aside from educational-related activities, Rejoice loves counselling, public speaking, meeting people, and making a meaningful impact.
